Referral process

Send the referral
Direct referrals via phone or email. If a patient is booking online, they can select an initial consultation and note that a referral exists.

Medicare EPC & NDIS
Bookings must be made via phone to ensure the correct appointment pathway and claims process.

Progress reports
If a report is required, please indicate at the time of referral so we can arrange it with the appointment.
