- Coordinate care with other treating practitioners where clinically appropriate
- Process Medicare, DVA, or private health insurance claims

4. Disclosure of your information
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:
- To other treating practitioners involved in your care, with your consent
- To Medicare, DVA, or your private health insurer for billing purposes
- To AHPRA or other regulatory bodies where required by law or professional standards
- Where disclosure is required or authorised by law (for example, in response to a court order or to prevent a serious threat to health or safety)
- To third-party service providers who assist us in operating our practice (for example, our practice management software), under appropriate data agreements
5. Storage and security
Your clinical records are stored in a secure, password-protected practice management system. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Paper records, where used, are stored securely and destroyed in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Clinical records are generally retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of last treatment, or until a patient turns 25 years of age, whichever is later.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections if that information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. To make a request, please contact us using the details below.
We will respond to access requests within a reasonable timeframe. In some limited circumstances we may need to refuse access — we will explain the reasons if this occurs.
